PARKING: 

Please do not park on the grass area behind the cottage. The septic bed underneath it does not hold the weight of your car or snowmobile.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT:

Is located at the back of the cottage, please do not burn wood out front — you risk starting tree roots on fire and is a huge fire hazard. Once done with your fire in the back please use the hose to wet the fire and area around it to prevent a fire.

GAS FIREPLACE:

Is operable, however has been turned off for summer.  If required please contact us to turn on.

GARBAGE / RECYCLING:

There are two (2) big, gray garbage bins outside. Use a large plastic garbage bag and store your garbage (the smaller bags you collect under the sink when it’s full). Filled black garbage bags go into the green metal bin at the front of the driveway. For recycling, please use clear bags. One (1) for papers/ cardboards and one (1) for bottles, cans, plastics, etc. Those can be left beside (not inside) the metal bin.

OUTDOOR CUSHIONS:

Cushions are stored in the deck. Please return after used.

PROPERTY LINE:

Our property line to the right, facing the lake, is marked with a little iron stint in the rock (white and orange color). Please stay on our side of the property. The small Canada flag to the right is about 10 feet on the neighbor’s property already.
